Recent photos above of smog in Beijing. China promises to curb pollution before the Summer Olympics. Some athletes have said that they will not compete because of the air quality.
China takes great pride in hosting the Summer games. The United States EPA is diligently working with officials in Beijing to improve air quality and Beijing has implemented measures, hopefully improvements will be realized before August.
