Chinese Authorities have imposed martial law and have attempted to block news out of Tibet----China has also blocked web sites and Bloggers. Beijing has prohibited Journalists from entering the province in an effort to spin the story.Richard Burger an American Blogger living in Beijing has posted news about Tibet on his Blog The Peking Duck and since then Chinese censors have blocked his site, whenever he types in the "T" word his screen reportedly goes dark.
