On June 25, 2007 B'Tselem the Israeli Human Rights Organization, issued a report that, "continuing to detain Cpl. Shalit is a War Crime pursuant to International Law which forbids taking and holding a person by force in order to compel an enemy to meet certain demands."
It is obvious by Hamas latest threat's against Israel Pilots that the Islamic Jihadists do not care at all for the rule of law.
