Malki's Father Arnold Roth, is outraged that Israel Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, has agreed to release 256 Fatah Members from Prison and granting Amnesty to 178 others with a Promise that they will not take part in any future Terrorist Activity, as a "Good Will" gesture to the Palestinian Authority (PA).

Arnold Roth said in an interview with Arutz Sheva News, "Beyond the pain, there is a deepening sense of betrayal and abandonment...among many of our politicians and political leaders to erase the memory and the lives of the victims and their deaths."

Former PA Television Reporter Ahlam Tamimi, drove the car that carried the suicide bomber to the Sabarro Pizza Restaurant in 2001 and Ms. Tamimi is currently one of the Fatah Members set to be released from prison. Economy Is Better Today Than Ever Before

Wall Street seen the Dow Jones Industrial Average climb above 14,000 for the first time ever before the close of todays trading, after the markets closed the Dow ended up gaining 0.2% for the day or 20.57 to close at 13,971.55 the Blue Chip Index which passed 13,000 only in April is up over 30% so far this year.

The nations stock market is the leading economic indicator for the next 6 months with strong showings on Wall Street with the Dow rising into record territory on each of the last 4 days rising 1,000 points just within the last 2 months, that is more than twice as fast as its previous 1,000 point advance.

The markets are strong and growing as the size of the stock market is estimated at $51 Trillion Dollars (the Worlds markets are estimated to be valued at $300 Trillion Dollars) major USA Banks alone are estimated to account for $100 Trillion Dollars in our growing economy.

Back in 1992 Democrats claimed that we needed to "change course" electing Bill Clinton---"Its the Economy Stupid" was their political catch phrase.

Where Oh Where Have The Storms Gone ???

Al Gore and the Environmentalist Gang have claimed that Global Warming has resulted in more hurricanes that will be larger in intensity but "where oh where have the storms gone?"

Much of Al Gore's "Calamity Prediction" forecasting of more storms, shrinking glaciers and impending doom of the planet are illogical and alarmist says William Gray, Ph.D. an Atmospheric Science Professor at Colorado State University.

During the last 24 years, Dr. Gray has become known as the nation's most reliable forecaster of hurricanes and has long rallied against the theory that heat trapped gases generated by human activity are causing the earth to warm. Likewise Dr. Gray has said, "...the number of major hurricanes making landfall on the U.S. Atlantic Coast has actually declined during the last 40 years."

Many of the alarmist predictions made by Al Gore in his movie "An Inconvenient Truth" have been refuted by science according to James Taylor, Ph.D. who is a Sr. Fellow for Environmental Policy at the Heartland Institute.

Dr. Taylor says that Al Gore claimed that Global Warming has caused an expansion of African deserts however the September 16, 2002 issue of "New Scientist" reports that "...Africa's deserts are in spectacular retreat...making farming viable again in what were once the most arid places in Africa."

Former V.P. Gore has claimed that Greenland is in a rapid meltdown. According to Dr. Taylor, Al Gore is wrong again, "...in a 2005 study in the Journal of Glaciology, the Greenland ice sheet is thinning at the margins and growing inland with a small overall mass gain." In 2006, Danish Meteorological Institute reported that the past two decades were the coldest for Greenland since 1910 Likewise according to Dr. Taylor the Atlantic Ice Sheet is not melting, in the Jan. 14, 2002 issue of "Nature" Magazine, "...Antarctica has actually been dramatically cooling for decades..." More recently, satellite measurements of the Atlantic Ice Sheet showed significant growth between 1992-2003 according to British Scientist's who reported in the British Journal of Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society Series A. According to the U.N. Climate Change Panel 2007 Report "...Antarctica is unlikely to lose any ice mass during the remainder of the century."

The Hurricane Season in the United States runs from June-November and currently six weeks into the season the Atlantic basin is currently devoid of storms.

Iran Battles USA & Israel in New Computer Game

A new computer game was launched today by Iran's Islamic High School, to encourage Islamic youth to support Iran's efforts to develop its nuclear programs.

The computer game called "Special Operation 85: Hostage Rescue" follows two Iranian Nuclear Scientists who are arrested and jailed by the United States Military in Israel, when they surreptitiously enter Iraq.

The hero of the game Bahman Nasseri Iranian Secret Agent, who is sent to save the Iranian Scientists that are being held in Israel. Mahmoud Taghi Fakhirian Secretary General of Union of Islamic Students which produced the game said, "...we are promoting selflessness, devotion and defense of Iran."

Union of Islamic Students, sponsored the "World Without Zionism Conference" in 2005 in which the fascist Iranian President Ahmadinejad called for Israel to "...be wiped from the map."

The successful player completes 8 levels of the game by killing U.S. and IDF Soldiers with an AK-47 machine gun, stealing their laptops and freeing the Iranians. Hamas Terrorists Continue to Hold Gilad Shalit

Corporal Gilad Shalit was kidnapped by Islamic Hamas Militants over a year ago and is one of three IDF Soldiers being held by Hamas.

On the 25 June, B'Tselem (Israeli Information Center for Human Rights) indicated, "...the continued holding of Gilad Shalit by Hamas as a hostage, is a violation of International Humanitarian Law, which absolutely prohibits kidnapping and holding hostages by force to compel the enemy to certain demands and thus considered a War Crime."

One year after Gilad Shalit's abduction, the military wing of Hamas, "Izz-ad-Din Al-Qassam" released an audio tape where Gilad Shalit is heard sending a message to his family and friends, the Israeli Government and Army, appealing for a prisoner-swap deal to be reached to secure his release. Gilad Shalit states that his physical health is deteriorating and that he requires hospitalization.

Hamas Militants are demanding that 1,300 prisoners be freed to secure the release of Cpl. Gilad Shalit.

Interpol Chief Seeks Databases to Track Terrorists

Interpol Secretary General Ronald Noble said on Wednesday that two solutions may help in the fight against terrorism: First it would be helpful if Airlines would forward data on to them; Secondly countries that arrest foreign visitors should share that data with international law enforcement agencies.

The Interpol Chief is meeting with American Airlines today, to discuss this project as a pilot program and said that linking databases can help detect people flying on passports that have been reported lost or stolen. Ramzi Yousef who was convicted in the 1993 terrorist bombing of the WTC entered the United States on a stolen passport.

The pilot project would only gather passport numbers and the country which issued the passport, not the individuals names or personal information. The United States has long worried that terrorist use fraudulent travel documents to move around the world. The United States Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) recently announced that they will be using the Interpol databases of 7 million stolen or lost passport numbers to screen foreign visitors.

Airlines already submit passenger data to DHS on U.S. bound flights through "Advance Passenger Information System" and these records are reviewed by DHS before the planes land in the United States. DHS can then flag certain passengers for more intensive screening upon their arrival into the U.S. by Immigration Officials.

Currently however there is no centralized system in place that eventually could be used to track wanted fugitives and sex offenders who may be barred from travel to certain destinations as part of their probation.

American Airlines Flight Diverted to NYC

An alert flight attendant suspected that something may not be right when she observed earlier in the day, one of her passengers boarding an Employee Shuttle riding to the terminal.

While on the LAX-LHR flight the flight crew made a decision to divert the flight to New York as a precaution for the safety of the passenger and flight in the wake of the heightened security awareness that all Americans have been encouraged to have.

The FBI was questioning the passenger this morning at JFK Airport the flight was subsequently canceled and passengers were re-screened before continuing on to London.

Federal Appeals Court Vacates Wire Tap Decision

The U.S. 6th Circuit Ct. of Appeals has vacated last years Order by Judge Anna Diggs Taylor (ACLU v. NSA Case No. 06-2095/2140) saying, "...we can not find that the Plaintiff's have standing for any of their claims, we must vacate the the District Court's Order and remand for dismissal of the entire action."

Last year a United States District Court (USDC) in Detroit, MI struck down the ability of the White House to conduct surveillance with the use of wire tapping. In 2006 USDC Judge Taylor Ordered the Government to immediately suspend its efforts to listen in on the conversations of suspected terrorists citing that it was an unconstitutional infringement on the right of privacy and free speech.

After the decision by the U.S. 6th Circuit Ct. of Appeals, the ACLU has said that the fight is not over and they may file an Appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court, to rule on the President's authority to conduct surveillance.

The NSA will now be able to again conduct surveillance by wire-tapping potential terrorist suspects who intend to cause harm to the security of the United States and our Allies.

"Islamocide" Hostages of Iran

Children and Women in Iran are abused, raped and left to die, where is the moral outcry by the "Code Pink" Liberals to these atrocities?

According to the "Womens Forum Against Fundamentalism in Iran" Two out of every Three Women have experienced serious domestic violence and 81% have experienced domestic violence during their first year of marriage.

In the coming days, Mokarrameh Ebrahimi a 43 year old Mother of two, is scheduled to be stoned to death in Iran, her alleged crime is Adultery. She was convicted for having a child out of wed-lock 11 years ago. Her children have lived in prison with their Mother. The father of her child was to have been stoned with her but according to Amnesty International, reports have been received that his death sentence was carried out on July 5 in Aghche-kand, a small village near Takistan.

It is unknown what may happen to Mokarrameh Ebrahimi children, after their Mother meets the same fate as Jafar Kiani the children's father.

Code Pink claims on its web-site, "...Iran is a country of warm, kind and generous children and their families..." If there is so much compassion in Iran, why are these children left alone in the street?
