Pope Benedict XVI will visit Ground Zero and will hold Mass at Yankee Stadium in April 2008 according to the Vatican.The Pope will not travel much but will address all the people of the United States during his Papal visit according to the Vatican, the Pope will visit the White House and will make a stop at Catholic University during his trip to Washington.
Its been nearly 20 years since Cardinal Joesph Ratzinger was in the United States, this time as Pope, his 6 day trip will include an address at the United Nations the first Papel visit to NYC was October, 1965 when Pope Paul VI---Pope John Paul II visited NYC twice the first in October 1979 and returned in October 1995
