Taiwan Celebrates Its 99th Anniversary

On Sunday Taiwan celebrated the 99th Anniversary of its founding.

KMT President Ma Ying-jeou, gave his national day address, urging China to remove missiles pointing at the island and reaffirming his commitment of improving ties with his Marxist Comrades in Beijing.

Ma Ying-jeou, attempted to reassure the nation that despite closer cooperation with the Chinese Communist Party, his administration is taking careful measure to guarantee Taiwan's continued independence.
