Pro-Communist KMT President Ma Ying-jeou, authorized the shipment of nuclear parts from Taiwan to Iran at the request of China.
Iran is banned by UN Sanctions from purchasing nuclear material but following a request from China, Comrade Ma agreed to ship pressure transducers to Iran which aids in the enrichment of weapons grade uranium.
