Obama pushed for a $780 Billion Dollar stimulus package claiming in part that it would save or create millions of good paying jobs this year.
Critics pointed out that "Hope-n-Change" stimulus package would
fail to live up to it's grandiose promises because only a part of the spending would begin in 2010 more than half of it in 2011 and latter years.
The Obama Administration has now conceded that it does not expect any job growth this year after unemployment rose last month from 8.5% to 8.9%
