Senator Joe Biden flubbed up his recollection of what Article I of the U.S. Constitution says, when he attempted to school Sara Palin about the role of the Vice President, during tonight's V.P. Debate.
Article I of the Constitution deals with the Legislative Branch of Government and its Article II which provides for the powers of the Executive Branch.
Could it be that either Joe Biden was absent when they taught Constitutional Law at Syracuse University College of Law or that instead of plagiarizing all those pages in law school, it may have served him better to actually have done the research and write them?
