Children Fly To Shenzhen For 3 Month Study
Children affected by the catastrophic Sichuan Earthquake traveled to Shenzhen on Wednesday. A total of 84 Students and 5 Teachers traveled under the aid of a three month free studying project.
An aftershock measuring 5.0 on the Richter Scale jolted Qingchuan County, Sichuan Province at 12:41 pm today Beijing Time.
Chinese Authorities continue to seek Tents in earthquake affected regions. As of Tuesday, 19,900 Temporary Homes had been constructed and another 12,800 were being assembled. The Sichuan Earthquake has claimed 69,122 lives as of yesterday, 17,991 remain missing. More here from Chinese Embassy, PRC in the USA
The Red Cross Society of China continues to urgently seek donations to help the Survivors of the devastating Sichuan Earthquake. No amount is to small, every dollar will help to rebuild the lives of those in affected areas.
