U.S. Border Patrol Agents discovered a wire between two fences along the U.S. and Mexican Border which could have decapitated them. The wire was discovered Saturday when Agents were monitoring surveillance equipment, they observed two people string a taut wire between a fence east of the San Ysidro Port of Entry near San Diego.
When pulled tight, the wire was about 4' high, Officials believe that drug or illegal immigrant smugglers were responsible.
