Having investigated the allegations made by Jim Sutter, I have determined that CAIR loudest Cry Baby is still a Fibber too.
The U.S. Copyright Office web site has a Link for one to easily access information regarding persons that have obtained copyrights, I have checked their site and have discovered that neither Jim Sutter, Reverend Jim Sutter or Hatewatch Hall of Shame have any copyrights whatsoever.

What is the reader supposed to think when one sees that any reply for Jim Sutter should be sent in c/o Attorney, Wayne L. Kerek.
This afternoon Wayne Kerek, was contacted at his Strongsville, Ohio law office and Mr. Kerek said, "...Jim Sutter used to be my client...I represented him when he was charged with credit card fraud...I am not representing him now...I haven't seen Jim Sutter in 20 months..."
This afternoon a call was made to the Reverend Jim Sutter at 3:35 pm EST, providing him with an opportunity to address the allegations he has made on December 10 and 16 about The Religion of Peace.
