Islamic Protesters Call For Execution Of School Teacher Convicted For Insulting Islam

Hundreds of angry protesters some waiving ceremonial swords gathered today outside the Presidential Palace in Sudan to denounce a school teacher that named a Teddy Bear Mahmoud some protesters were calling for the execution of the school teacher who taught grade school students, those who named the bear were just 7 years old.

Gillian Gibbons a 54 year old British school teacher was sentenced to 15 days in jail and then deported following her conviction for Insulting Islam.

Todays demonstrations began as angry protesters exited Mosque's following Friday's prayers---armed with swords, Protesters shouted, "By Soul, By Blood I will fight for the Prophet Mahmoud."
