Israel Air Force Continues Monitoring Lebanon

Israel Air Force continues surveillance flights over the skies of Lebanon following the cease fire to prevent smuggling of weapons to Hezbollah.

Hezbollah is a terrorist group and follows the Shia ideology developed by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.

Iranian News reported that Israel breached Lebanon air space over Kafr Kalla, Shakla and Hermel and claimed Israel flights are a violation of UN Resolution 1701. The resolution had called for the disarming of all Islamic militants in Lebanon.

Hezbollah receives weapons, training and financial assistance from Iran and from it's inception to the present calls for the destruction of Israel.
