In a Mennonite Central Conference (MCC) Alert by J. Daryl Byler (July 20, 2006) the MCC blames Israel for the problems encountered in the middle east as a result of the, "...continuing occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip..."
The MCC ignores reality and in their propaganda statement the MCC fails to mention that Israel withdrew fully from the Gaza strip one year before in 2005 and even after the withdraw, Islamic terrorists continued to fire rockets into Israel and Hamas took responsibility for the kidnapping of Gilad Shalit an Israel Defense Force Soldier.
The MCC Alert also maintains that the threat of terrorist organization Iranian supported Hamas is over-blown because Hamas provides many social services.
The "peace makers" of the MCC seem unconcerned that Iranian supported Hamas continues to vow to destroy Israel.
Less than 1 year since the MCC Peace letter, Iranian supported Hamas terrorists have established a mini Islamic state now in Gaza, oppressing Women and throwing their political rivals off of buildings. Just this week, Hamas Terrorist Thugs, stormed a Christian Mission in Gaza, destroying everything in sight.
Former President Jimmy Carter speaking in Ireland at a Human Rights Conference this week, has criticized the Bush Administration and Israel in not supporting Hamas in Gaza.
As Hamas Terrorist Thugs continue to receive training in Syria and Iran in order to commit "Jihad" against Americans and Jews, one should be reminded again of the prayer led by Sheik Ahmad Bahr, Speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council, "Oh Allah vanquish the Jews and their supporters, Oh Allah count their numbers and kill them all, down to the very last one.
