Kindergarten Children Lunchtime in China, Jiaxing, Zhejiang ProvinceChina is promising to overhaul the nations schools, it appears Beijing has much work to do.
The pilot program may only be limited to a few provinces and autonomous regions at first and is expected to focus on equal access of schools and quality of teaching in rural areas.
