Treasury Secretary Timmy Geithner drew loud laughter from students when he attempted to assure his skeptical audience that investments in U.S. Treasury Securities "are very safe."
One may be able to fool some people some of the time but Chinese are pretty smart and are not nearly as gullible as Timmy Geithner thought they were.
