The Treasury will have to borrow .50 cents of every dollar it spends this year, exploding the federal budget deficit to $1.8 Trillion Dollars under new Obama Administration estimates.
Remember when "Hope-n-Change" promised on the campaign trail
last year, "a net spending cut...every dollar that I've proposed, I've proposed an additional cut so it matches."
