While "Hope-n-Change" continues to promise to close the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba saying that some Gitmo Detainees
may be sent to the USA, does Obama actually have that authority?
In a 02 April, 2009 letter to U.S. Atty General Eric Holder,
Senator Jeff Sessions, R-AL reminded the Attorney General
of a 2005 federal law, which forbids the admission to the United States of "any alien, who has engaged in various forms of terrorist activity or training."
Will B. Hussein Obama, choose to violate existing federal law
and permit entry of Islamic Jihadist Thugs, into the USA who have engaged in terrorist activities, that endangered the lives of Americans
and our allies?
