The satellite image of the North Korea missile on March 29 which
was launched today (Sunday N. Korea Time) and flies over Japan.
Obama posturing said that any launch would be a "provocative act" that would generate a U.N. Security Council response. Both China
& Russia having veto power have said that they will block any new sanctions against North Korea.
