Obama Wants Wounded Soldiers To Use Private Insurance For Service Connected Injuries



On April 14, 2004 Staff Sgt. Mike McNaughton jogs with President Bush at the White House. On January 9, this brave American Hero,
was stationed in Afghanistan and lost his leg in an explosion.

While visiting wounded soldiers at Walter Reed Medical Center, President Bush met Staff Sgt. McNaughton and the two spoke
about running.

President Bush invited Staff Sgt. McNaughton to the White House when he felt well enough and the two would go jogging.

Veteran Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki confirmed this week, that the Obama Administration is considering a controversial plan to make wounded veterans pay for service related injuries with private insurance.
