Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said that he will charge Michael Phelps with a crime if he determines the Beijing 2008 Olympic Gold Medal Winner smoked marijuana in Columbia, South Carolina.
At the Beijing 2008 Summer Games, Phelps shrugged off questions
of Drugs saying, "...they can say what they want. I am clean. I did "Project Believe" with the U.S. Anti Doping Agency...people can question all they want..."
Actions speak louder than words.
