Fighting to save his cabinet position, former South Dakota Senator Tom Daschle, pleads his case and apologizes to former Senate colleagues, for failing to pay more than $120,000 in back taxes.
Obama White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said, "...nobody's perfect."
Last month we learned about Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner unpaid tax problems, for years failed to pay self employment and
FICA taxes.
Daschle filed amended returns only after Obama announced that he intended to nominate him as Secretary of Health & Human Services.
