Last week I wrote here that the Adult Entertainment industry was seeking a $5 Billion Dollar Federal Bailout, which I thought was the stupidest request.
Sure enough Duluth, MN has found a way to move to the top of the stupidest bailout request list.
The Twin Cities as is much of the mid-west is under a deep freeze, Duluth currently is -14 F with a high expected of -3 with a foot of snow on the ground and averages 80" of snow per year.
In the Great Bailout Rush of 2009 Duluth, MN is seeking $6 Million for Snowmakers.
