Definitely is news to me, I did not know that only an African American was Constitutionally eligible to occupy the U.S. Senate seat, vacated by "The One."
It is sure a good day to know that Laura Washington of the Chicago Sun Times is on top of this and cleared up that question.
Heaven forbid if some other non-black person would even think for a moment to throw her/his hat into the ring to fill the unexpired term of Barack Hussein Obama.
