The Pentagon roll in Homeland Security will be expanded to
20,000 uniformed Troops expected inside the United States by 2011
Critics of the plan say that it may undermine the Posse Comitatus Act
a 130 year old federal law which limits the power of the government
to use the military for civilian law enforcement.
