On November 3 with the visit of Chen Yunlin from PRC, to execute Agreements between Taiwan & China, authorities have violated the civil liberties of Taiwan citizens, including arbitrary searches of property, seizure of personal property, unlawful detention, confiscation of ROC flags and physical assaults.
