Congressional Phones Ringing Off The Hook

Congressional phone lines are busy or a recording says,
"all circuits are busy now."

As the Senate version of the $700 Billion Dollar Bailout Bill heads to the House, Members of Congress are expecting to be flooded with more phone calls.

Jameson Cunningham, Press Secretary to Rep. Candice Miller, R-MI
said, that their office has received up to 1,000 phone calls a day,
"...the calls are still a solid majority against the bail out bill."

Once 3 pages in length, the Senate Bill with all the earmarks
now included has ballooned to 451 pages as Congress seeks to nationalize mortgages, bailout Wall Street and send kiddies
wooden arrows all of which we are being told will prevent a
financial melt down of the economy.
