Congressional Republicans returned to the House Floor on Monday to demand that Nancy Pelosi, D-CA reconvene Congress which has recessed for the Summer to vacation and chase votes for November elections.Rep. Mike Pence, R-IN said, "It was simply wrong for Congress to take a 5 week paid vacation without ever taking a vote on giving the American people more access to American oil."
