Birth Certificates are of course public documents in the USA just as
are death certificates, maintained by Health Departments around the country and as such, public records are subject to examination and copying pursuant to a FOIA request.
A FOIA request is being made for production of a copy of the original birth certificate, if any that exists.
The birth certificate above is not a true and accurate representation of a live birth certificate using 1960's technology when everyone was using carbon paper for copies and putting documents on microfilm for later copying.
