Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, speaks to buried survivors at a destroyed hospital in Dujiangyan City, rescue teams were ordered to do whatever they could and Wen, ordered Troops to enter the area to assist in rescue efforts.
"Peoples lives and property are the top priorities and many people are still trapped under the rubble...we must treasure every second and do out utmost to save lives" said the Premier.
