In a report issued by the U.S. Inspector General found that there is inadequate security at our nations monuments with Security Personnel sleeping on the job. In the above photo, a Security Guard appears to be sleeping on the job at the Lincoln Memorial.According to the report, Park Police have no comprehensive program for guarding national landmarks. At the Golden Gate Bridge Police have not met minimum firearm qualifications due to a lack of ammunition.
