U.S. District Judge Jorge Solis has Ordered that the retrial of the Holy Land Foundation in which CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator will take place on August 18, 2008
The Defendant's have been accused by the U.S. Attorney of laundering money through the Holy Land Foundation charity to Hamas.
In other CAIR news---the unindicted co-conspirator has asked the FBI to investigate comments, in their latest attempt to stifle free speech, made on Little Green Footballs a politically conservative site.
One may recall last Summer when CAIR attempted to prevent New York Times Best Selling Author and Educator Robert Spencer from addressing the Young America's Foundation in Washington, D.C.
CAIR has determined they are the sole authority on the definition of Free Speech. That any speech this unindicted co-conspirator accused of helping to finance Islamic Jihad Terrorist Thugs Hamas, determines to be offensive, CAIR is then ready to throw the 1st Amendment out the window.
