A Bill is being drafted in Congress to cut $2.1 Million Dollars in federal funding to the City of Berkeley as a result of the actions by the its City Council.
While Liberal Code Pink protesters have a 1st Amendment Right of Free Speech, their Free Speech rights end when they attempt to prevent entry into a federal office and commit battery upon persons attempting to enter a military facility.
