Code Pink Wackos Protesting In Berkeley

On January 29 Berkeley City Council voted 6-3 that the U.S. Marine Corp Recruiting Office is unwelcome in the city and if the Military Recruiters choose to stay they are unwelcome in the City---the City Council also voted 8-1 yo give "Code Pink" a free sound permit and a designated parking space in front of the Recruitment Office for protesting. Seen here, Code Pink protesters blocking the entrance of the Recruitment Office as Berkeley Police look on doing nothing---protesters that chained themselves together are attempting to deny entry of an individual into the Recruitment Office.

A Bill is being drafted in Congress to cut $2.1 Million Dollars in federal funding to the City of Berkeley as a result of the actions by the its City Council.

While Liberal Code Pink protesters have a 1st Amendment Right of Free Speech, their Free Speech rights end when they attempt to prevent entry into a federal office and commit battery upon persons attempting to enter a military facility.
