Two Iranian Internet Journalist's Released From Evin Prison

Maryam Hosseinkhah and Jelveh Javaheri, have been released from Iran's notorious Evin Prison after being incarcerated for their writings which incited public opinion propaganda against the fascist Islamic state and supporting human rights in Iran.

Both Women in their early 30's are members of the "One Million Signatures Campaign" a movement that supports Womens Rights. Hosseinkhah & Javaheri were released after their bail was paid equivalent to $5,000 USD

Womens Rights activists are happy that Iran has released these two Women and are asking that Iran release other Journalists that continue to be imprisoned. These Women were imprisoned "...for no other reason than the views they expressed...the authorities have been waging an all out policy to deter people from expressing themselves freely on the Internet." said the Paris Based Media Watchdog Group "Reporters Without Borders"

Other members of the "One Million Signatures Campaign" remain imprisoned in Iran. The Human Rights campaigns have sought to stop the Stoning of Women in Iran and other discriminatory laws against Women. Iranian authorities continue to intensify their crackdown on Un-Islamic Dress and Internet Cafes.

In December 20 student protesters were arrested during peaceful marches in Tehran during 'Iranian Students Day' families were permitted to visit their student sons and daughters for the first time today since the student arrests in December.
