Rudy Giuliani Promotes Pro-Growth Tax Plan

Rudy Giuliani released a pro-growth Fair And Simple Tax "FAST" system, which American businesses and individuals could choose, with a 3 bracket structure, a 30% top rate and only the most popular deductions allowed.

The plan would make the Bush Tax Cuts permanent, including repealing the death tax, it would index the Alternative Minimum Tax to inflation and eventually repeal it, would reduce the corporate income tax from todays 35% to 25%, slash capital gains taxes and qualified dividends tax rate from 15% to 10% indexing it to inflation---that will boost the value for every American that has a 401k or IRA. It gives all Americans the opportunity to purchase Health Insurance pre-tax through a health care standard deduction.

In addition to the Rudy Giuliani tax cut proposal, he has committed himself to oppose and promises to Veto all tax increases---this pledge has not been adopted by any of the Democrat Candidates.

While other candidates keep talking about "Change" but propose nothing, Rudy Giuliani is busy offering American's substance compared to tired, old political rhetoric.
