Iran Speed Boats Threaten Suicide Attack

The Pentagon is reporting that 5 Iranian Speed Boats swarmed 3 U.S. Navy ships on Sunday, coming within 650 feet of the ships at 4:00 am GMT Sunday which was late Saturday night in Washington in the Strait of Hormuz and that the Skipper of one of the boats, operated by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard said, "I am coming at you, you will explode in a couple of minutes."

When the Navy heard that radio transmission, the crew was alerted and took up their gun positions and were preparing to fire upon the boats when the Iranians abruptly turned away. The Iranians dropped white boxes into the water---the Navy has not determined what those boxes contain yet. The Navy believes that the Iranians may have been attempting to determine what tactics the U.S. Navy would deploy.

Iran has dismissed the charge and Mohamed Ali-Hosseini, Foreign Ministry Spokesman said, "The example that happened on Saturday was similar to previous cases and is an ordinary and natural issue."

In March, Iran seized 15 British Sailors and Marines operating in the Gulf and accused them of trespassing in Iranian territorial waters---the British military personnel were freed two weeks later which Iranian Fascist President Ahmadinejad said, "...was a gift to the British people."
