Romney Failed To Keep Murderer In Prison

Massachusetts prison officials say that convicted murderer Daniel Tavares who murdered his Mother, should have been held behind bars for additional time and that he should not have been given 780 days of good time credit for 6 different incidents between 1993 to 2005

Gov. Mitt Romney's Administration failed to meet a 60 day deadline, filing the paperwork and did not act on recommendations of Correction's Officials that Tavares good time credit be stripped.

Tavares now has been accused of murdering a Newlywed couple Brian and Beverly Mauk, in a dispute over $50.00 on November 17 at their home in Washington State, 123 days after he was released from prison in Massachusetts. Had the Governor's office done its job, the accused murderer would still had been incarcerated and the couple alive today.
