Sheriff's Deputies in Bay County, Florida arrested Robert L. Nikkel, following a tip from NCIS Agents.
Nikkel was accused by NCIS Agents for sending child pornography over the Internet---the suspect was charged with 9 counts of possessing images that depicts the sexual performance of a child and 9 counts of promoting the sexual performance of a child.
According to NCIS, Nikkel spent 3 months chatting on-line with what he thought was a Woman with children, he sent her pornographic images of children and had sexual conversations about children. The Woman turned out to be an undercover NCIS Agent.
