Alameda County Superior Court Judge Richard Keller, denied a request by Attys for U.C. Berkley today, to oust the Tree Huggers high up in their perches despite their collection of propane tanks---a fire hazard especially in CA and the increasing number of urine and excrement spills from the Tree Huggers buckets.Nine months ago, the university wanted to clear part of the park for a sports training facility when the Tree Huggers decided to instead move in.
