Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) Speaker of the House of Representatives (Do Nothing but Cut and Run Congress) has now disclosed that she is heavily invested in Alcatel-Lucent, a company with extensive investments in Iran and Sudan.
Alcatel-Lucient is helping to aid Iran's terrorist activities by providing state controlled companies with data transmission and switching network capabilities. The French Company with 30,000 employees has revenues in excess of $25 Billion Dollars.
Alcatel-Lucient has been accused in Costa Rica of bribing high ranking government officials to persuade them to purchase the countries cellular telephone network.
When Democrats took control of the Congress they promised "...not to disappoint the American people..." and Nancy Pelosi promised, "...to restore integrity and honesty in Washington, D.C. and the Democrats intend to lead the most honest, most open and most ethical Congress in history..." Just 14% of the American public have confidence in the Congress according to Gallup Polling which is the lowest rating of any Congress since Gallup began collecting polling data on Congress in 1973
