Samaira Nazir a Business Woman, well educated and a graduate of
Thames University in Great Britain rejected acceptable suitors approved by her male family members and was murdered by her Father, Brother and a Cousin.
Her Father Azhar Nazir, and her Cousin, dragged Ms. Nazir by the hair as she was held down with a scarf and her throat slashed in three places as her daughters aged 2 and 4 were forced to watch as their Mother was being murdered.
Neighbors summoned Police when they heard screams of a Woman and when Police arrived, they had discovered a trail of blood from the front of the home to the back door and into the hallway where authorities located the body of Ms. Nazir slumped in a pool of blood after receiving 18 stab wounds to her neck and her throat was slashed in 3 places. All three male family members were linked to this horrific crime by forensic evidence at the crime scene.
The victim's brother and cousin have been convicted of the murder of
Ms. Nazir, her father Azhar Nazir, has fled to Pakistan and is wanted by British authorities for murdering his daughter.
