China To Blacklist Journalist's---Is The United States Very Far Behind?

Via Associated Press

Chinese authorities plan to create a blacklist of journalists who break "reporting rules---tell the truth" Reporters who violate the rules will have their press credentials confiscated by authorities.

Some Internet Journalists in China have begun writing backwards to defeat censors. Another method that has worked is to write the text and take a screen shot of it as Censors are not very good at parsing text in a JPEG file.

On the 06 January, I wrote here that Chinese authorities have continued its crackdown on major websites and have blocked
access to the NY Times in their continuing effort to stifle speech.

Free speech is essential in the pursuit of learning, every thought is
not an avenue of incitement, censorship only results in the pursuit
of finding cracks in the Great Firewall of China.

How long will it be before the Democrat majority in Congress, take a page from the Chinese playbook and begin to stifle free speech in the United States?

On the 06 February, I wrote here that another liberal Senator Debbie Stabenow, D-MI has joined a growing list of Democrats that are calling for a return of the Censorship Doctrine.
