Its not easy being a 3 year old, there is so much to accomplish these days, what with potty training, learning to use a spoon and learning the social skills of playing nice.As if that wasn't enough, the United Nations Children's Fund now wants British Toddlers to take lessons on Human Rights and Multiculturalism between finger painting and nap time.
