The Office of Thrift Supervision blamed Charles Schumer D-NY, for a run on deposits of IndyMac and it's collapse due to a liquidity crisis.In the Press Release yesterday the OTS said, "...the recent release of the Senator's letter undermined the public confidence essential for a financial institution..."
