In April 2006 remember when Queen Nancy Pelosi promised us that Democrats were going to lower gasoline prices if the voters put them back in charge of the Congress---today the average price for a gallon of gasoline exceeds $4.00 and continues to climb, nearly double what it was when Democrats took control of the Congress.Democrats promised to make energy a top priority upon their return from the Independence Day Recess, instead they have scrubbed any votes on their energy bill.
