As a State Senator, Barrack Hussein Obama gave away$100,000 of state money to a campaign volunteer to create a botanic garden in one of Chicago's most blighted neighborhoods.
What has happened to the garden project?
The money is gone, Obama's campaign volunteer hasn't a clue where it all could have gone and doesn't have receipts to evidence his expenditures.
Obama big on promises, short on results.
