A Delegation from the Mennonite Central Conference traveled to Iran this week to meet with the Clerics---yesterday I wrote here, that before the Mennonite apologists departed, David Cortright, Ph.D. of the University of Notre Dame and part of the Delegation told the South Bend Tribune, "...Ahmadinejad in not in charge of Iran's nuclear policies...all of that is controlled by the Clerics, they run the country and they have not been confrontational."
On the second day of Ramadan, 2006 an agreement was executed to transform Hamas military arm Ezz e-din al Qassam which enabled it to create a second front against Israel in Gaza---an Iran trained 6,500 man Hamas rapid deployment force with an emphasis on missiles. In addition, a massive rearming of Hamas has been underway through tunnels from Egyptian Sinai to Gaza.
Speaking on Al-Qods Day, 2006, Iranian Fascist President Ahmadinejad said, "...we have advised the Europeans that the Americans are far away but you are the neighbors of the nations in this region...we inform you that the nations are like an ocean that is welling up and if a storm begins, the dimensions will not stay limited to Palestine and you may get hurt...Israelis should go back to their countries of origin...it is of your interest to distance yourself from these Zionist criminals. This is an ultimatum. Don't complain tomorrow."

As the world waits and hopes for peace between the Palestinian Authority and Israel---Mahmoud Abbas has raised $7.4 Billion Dollars from 90 Donor countries which is supposed to go to build up their economy and institutions---the Intifada may now continue against Israel.
Ahmed Khatami, Member of the Iranian Assembly of Experts said last year, "...the victory was promised in the Quran, the party of Allah must triumph...I want to tell Bush and Prime Minister Olmert that they should learn a lesson...they should not bare their fangs, expose their stings or make threats against Islamic Iran....they should bear in mind that the missiles of the Lebanese-Hezbollah with a range of 70 kilometers have turned Israel into a ghost country. They should fear the day of our missiles, with a range of 2,000 kilometers, land in the heart of Tel-Aviv. Therefore we hope that Bush and Prime Minister Olmert have learned that lesson, they should know that playing with Islam is like playing with a lions tail."
