National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) which first exposed Iran's Nuclear program in 2002 says the National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) is incomplete.
The NCRI has said that while they do agree that Iran suspended activities in 2003 they only did so to close down a weapons site in Lavisan fearing that it may be detected, transferring the weapons programs to 2 other sites in Lavisan.
Iranian President Ahmadinejad yesterday claims that "...the NIE amounted to a declaration of surrender..." by Washington.
The NCRI said that Iran restarted its weapons program in 2004---the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps initiated and led Iran's nuclear program and said that it has identified 21 senior nuclear physicists at NCRI Imam Hossein University as Commanders and Cadres of the Revolutionary Guard, "...anytime you have the military involved with the nuclear program, we are talking about the bomb..."
NCRI says that its sources for the intelligence is from High Ranking Iranian Officials, Military Officers and the Revolutionary Guard as well as from individuals working in the new Lavisan facilities.
John Bolton former Ambassador to the United Nations says, "...the current NIE freely admits to having only moderate confidence that the suspension continues and says that there are significant gaps in our intelligence and that our analysts dissent from their initial judgment on suspension...the NIE opens the way for Iran to achieve its military nuclear ambitions in an essentially unmolested fashion, to the detriment of us all."

Army Sgt. Gregory Williams---1st Stryker Brigade who saved the life of his Platoon Leader was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross by Army Chief of Staff, General George W. Casey, Jr.
Although injured, Sgt. Williams pulled his Lieutenant from a smoldering combat vehicle, provided suppressive fire with a 50 caliber weapon and enabled first aid to be given to other Soldiers burned by the IED blast. During a mounted night patrol on October 30, 2006 Sgt. Williams Stryker combat vehicle was struck by an IED that sent a stream of molten fire into their vehicle. As the vehicle and its occupants caught fire, enemy forces unleashed an ambush of rocket propelled grenades and AK-47 rounds.
After Medics arrived to assess Sgt. Williams injuries, it was discovered that he could not hear and he felt that everything was spinning, he suffered burns and two punctured eardrums which required surgery. Sgt. Wilson was credited as the person in the heat of the moment did what he needed to do despite his own injuries.
Sgt. Williams believes that everyone in his squad would have done the same thing that day and credits them as Heroes in their own right.
The Director of a national charity for veterans Roger Chapin has refused to testify before a Congressional Committee and has evaded attempts by the U.S. Marshall Service that is actively looking for him.
Serious allegations have arisen against Chapin, head of the California based charity Help Hospitalized Veterans which raised more than $98 Million dollars in 2006 including the payment of exorbitant salaries to both him and his wife, using donations to pay for questionable expenses such as new condos, moving funds amongst several groups to skew reporting numbers, to concealing millions of dollars in payments for fund raising corporations. Henry Waxman, D-CA whose Congressional Committee is investigation the charity said, "...a disturbing number of groups are raising millions of dollars in the names of charity but keeping most of the donations for themselves...intolerable fraud...a sickening betrayal of our most fundamental values."
Roger Chapin a graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont in 1990 he founded the the special G.I. Gift Pac Program which has distributed 880,000 gift packs to American Troops stationed in the Persian Gulf.
A successful real estate developer in San Diego County, Chapin is married, his wife Elizabeth and him have 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
Henry Waxman read a letter from former Sen. With the introduction of the first HPV vaccine, the dream of eliminating cervical cancer is increasingly within reach. Cervical cancer is the only type of cancer for which there is one specific cause---certain high risk types human papaillomavirus is very common, sexually transmitted virus that normally doesn't cause any problem in some Women, the infection stays active longer to cause abnormal cells to form which can develop into cervical cancer. With the HPV test, Women at high risk can now be identified and monitored carefully. The new Gardasil Vaccine allows many HPV infections to now be prevented.
As a Mother of five and wife of 18 years, Jodi McKinney was always on the go because of a history of cancer in her family, she made certain to have her regular check-ups which included her regular Ob/Gyn appointment no matter how busy she may have been. For 19 years, Jodi always went in for a Pap Test and it was always fine and she never had any problems until recently.
In 2007 when Jodi visited her Gynecologist for her annual exam the Receptionist handed her a pamphlet that explained HPV was the cause for cervical cancer and now there is a test to detect it. Jodi had never heard of HPV before and so when it was time to see her Physician she inquired about the test and learned that it didn't take any longer than any other test.
Both Jodi and her Physician were surprised when the results were in, while Jodi learned that her Pap test was normal the HPV test showed that Jodi had the virus. Her Physician explained that many times the infection goes away on its own and there is nothing to worry about and she was scheduled an appointment to return in a few months.
When Jodi returned for her second appointment her Pap test came back normal but her HPV test was still positive and so the Physician could get a closer look at her cervix, the Physician gave Jodi a colposcopy exam and a biopsy which showed that Jodi had pre-cancerous cells.
The first thing that Jodi thought about were her children who needed her, so she said, the treatment must work. Jodi immediately scheduled a LEEP procedure to remove all the bad cells and was very relieved that her surgery went well and within a few weeks, Jodi returned to her normal everyday routine.
Jodi feels extremely fortunate that she was able to catch her cervical disease at an early stage and did not have to go through major surgeries and other treatments. Jodi is thankful that the Receptionist gave her a pamphlet that explained HPV without learning about it and having the test Jodi realizes that she likely would not have learned about her condition until maybe before it was too late.
It is important to talk with your family and friends about having their regular Ob/Gyn exams and having regular Pap and HPV tests performed---with the new vaccine Women may want to consider having that which is essential in the fight against cervical cancer.

Sheriff's Deputies in Bay County, Florida arrested Robert L. Nikkel, following a tip from NCIS Agents.
Nikkel was accused by NCIS Agents for sending child pornography over the Internet---the suspect was charged with 9 counts of possessing images that depicts the sexual performance of a child and 9 counts of promoting the sexual performance of a child.
According to NCIS, Nikkel spent 3 months chatting on-line with what he thought was a Woman with children, he sent her pornographic images of children and had sexual conversations about children. The Woman turned out to be an undercover NCIS Agent.
Many Parents warn their children, never to talk with strangers but does your children really understand the dangers?
It may be upsetting for children to feel they live in a dangerous world and children may leave their guard down, it may be much more comforting for kids to follow some basic rules that Parents may teach their children without frightening them.
Avoid scaring your children---Talk about what is OK, Parents need to educate and remind children when they are with Mom & Dad it is OK for Kids to be polite when a stranger says Hello, how are you for the child to reply .
Reminding children that most people are generally Good but there are some people that are Bad and that they may want to hurt them---one way of knowing a Bad person is when someone offers them candy, money and says to go with them without telling their parents, babysitter or teacher. Bad people will often talk about secrets. Remind your children that there should be no secret that your kids can't tell you.
Roll Playing---Have a fun time with your child and play out some events that may occur should a Stranger ask:
Can you help me find my puppy?
Your Mommy told me to pick you up from school.
What is your child to do? Have a secret password that only you and your children know and teach your child to run away and know how to use 911 when they are in danger. Teach your child never to get into a vehicle with a Stranger and to kick, scream, yell fire, bite, scratch, throw rocks and avoid ever getting into a car with a Stranger.
By roll playing you will teach your children valuable lessons without frightening them, keeping the lines of communications open with your children, always listen compassionately to your children which provides you with a golden opportunity to reassure them and answer any questions they may have.
Children are most at risk being targeted by sexual predators by a person they may know and many predators lure children by offering them candy or giving them a gift---it is important to teach your children never to accept anything from someone, unless a parent says that it is all right.
Lastly always remind your children that they need to ask before going anywhere without permission, its not that you don't trust your children it is simply courteous to let others know where we are. Teach your Kids by example and you may say, "...I always call your Daddy whenever I am running late, need to stop at the store before I come home..." Demonstrating to your Kid's that it is very grown up to tell someone where you are, shows responsibility, builds trust and will demonstrate to your Kids that we do this out of respect, courtesy and our love for one another. This small act will also help keep your children safe.
